If your arm strength is low your can do this on your knees. As you gain strength over several weeks you can graduate to extending your legs straight, balance on your toes, and extend your arms. If you have good arm strength already you could perform the movement with your feet elevated on a chair with the ball a little in front and under you.

Repeat the motion with the opposite leg. Doing both legs is one repetition. Repeat the motion until you fatigue. Rest 2 minutes and repeat for a total of 3 sets.
