Consider buying an in-out tray. This will make it easier for you to deal with paper work. This is particularly true if you have a L-shaped computer desk. You have the monitor on one side plus a mouse and keyboard nearby. Using an in-out tray will keep the papers away from your computer making it easier for you to move around and keep paper and computer work separate. Having this kind of tray will also make it easy for you to organize and prioritize paper work. Should co-workers need to send you stacks of paper, they will have an area to put it and an area to pick up finished work.
My exercise system for the office centers on you using an EXERCISE BALL as the chair you will be sitting on while typing, sitting at a desk or drafting table, or sitting at a computer. Whether you know it or not, this device gives light exercise to your lower back, neck, legs, buttocks, and abdomen while you sit on it at your desk.
For the L-shaped office desk, having drawer organizers will make hunting for office supplies easier. Drawer organizers are compartmentalized so you will have somewhere convenient to store office supplies such as staplers, scissors, paper clips, staple wires and the like. The drawer organizers will also make looking for these things easier. Most of all arranging and keeping all things in their perspective places will make your desk look neat and fantastic.
This is a static (or motionless exercise) where you assume the same position you did to do a push-up on the ball (with your arms straight out). Hold in that position for as long as you can or a count of 60 then relax. Repeat this for 3 sets total.
